‘My Songs’ world tour: Sting lit up by NICK NRG 1201

Sting performed last June in Skopje at Todor Proeski stadium, in front of more than 15,000 fans, as part of the European leg of the ‘My Songs’ tour, launched to support his new homonymous album.

The concert, held on a 20 m x 15 m stage, was lit by a light rig featuring the NICK NRG 1201 LED wash moving heads.

23 units were installed on 3 horizontal trusses leaning forward, set in background, backlighting Sting and his band with a range of colors, from pastel nuances to very saturated tones.

6 more NRG 1201 units were hanged to the upmost truss coloring the stage from above.

The mammoth tour, that kicked off last May, has crossed Europe and the USA till a temporary stop last September 2. It will resume next May with a 16-date residency in Las Vegas.

Stage set up and audio, video and lighting were entrusted to Serbian rental company Skymusic.
